Terms and Conditions
Matchmakers Alliance Trip November 6 – 10, 2026
YOU MUST AGREE TO THESE CONDITIONS TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE - READ CAREFULLY
To be part of this conference, you must first pay your non-refundable conference fee directly to the Matchmakers Alliance. You will then be re-directed to our travel agent, Beth Pesakoff with Let’s Talk Travel, LLC, to select your room and pay for your room. The contact information for Beth is below.

If you want to protect your trip, we recommend you purchase travel insurance. Our travel agent, Beth, can help you if you need assistance. If you need to cancel for a covered reason, travel insurance might enable you to be reimbursed if you make a claim and provide all necessary requirements requested by the insurance administrators. The recommended travel insurance is here: GET A QUOTE.
Any activities you pre-book, or book at the destination are solely your responsibility. Please refer to the Cancelation Policies through how you booked the activity.
All attendees must attend workshops and must act in a business-like manner. Since alcohol is included with the all-inclusive package, we expect all conference members and their guests to drink responsibly. The Matchmakers Alliance & Let’s Talk Travel, LLC are not responsible for any inappropriate actions of members or guests.
In addition, you are reminded to check your passports and any visa requirements for non-US citizens. Check your passport expiration dates; you must have at least 6 months eligibility left on your passport (should not expire before May 15, 2027) and at least 3 empty pages. If the passport will expire before May 15, 2027, please renew before the trip. If your passport is expired, you will not be permitted to enter the US, or allowed back to your home country. Any visa requirements are the responsibility of the traveler. Failure to have the required documentation is not a covered reason for an insurance claim.
If you are rooming with someone, you must agree to be responsible to your roommate for your half of the room, no matter when you cancel. If a suitable roommate cannot be found to replace you, you will be responsible for the difference between rates, plus any penalties, if applicable.
No Shows
Failure to travel or show up for any reservation is considered a “no-show”. No-show penalties will be charged the entire cost of the reservation and are subject to policies and procedures set forth by us.
